Our Commitment to Your Health & Safety

SNAC International is committed to ensuring your health and safety as we reunite as an industry to create a safe yet enjoyable and productive environment for all participants of SNAXPO21. We continue to closely monitor evolving CDC and local guidance, and are working closely with the Charlotte Convention Center to ensure necessary protocols will be in place at the time of the event.

LEARN MORE

Indoor masks, regardless of vaccination status, are now required by the City of Charlotte, in accordance with the latest CDC guidance. The mask policy includes an exception for eating & drinking and medical conditions. You will not be permitted to enter the Convention Center, NASCAR Hall of Fame, and Westin receptions without a mask. Masks will be provided to everyone in attendance.

We are taking important steps to bolster the world-class safety protocols already in place at the Charlotte Convention Center to ensure that all SNAXPO attendees have a safe and successful trade show. Additional SNAXPO safety measures include securing additional meeting space resulting in capacity never exceeding 25% of the maximum; implementing social distancing at all functions; and, requiring daily health assessments to gain entrance to the exhibit hall. The Convention Center has also integrated needlepoint bipolar ionization (NPBI) air purification technologies into its HVAC systems as another layer of protection to neutralize disease-causing pathogens. Visit the Safe at SNAXPO COVID-19 Protocols page for additional details.
