Rooms are available until Thursday, February 24, 2011 or until the SNAXPO Room Block is filled, whichever comes first. Rates are guaranteed only when SNAXPO is mentioned for reservations.

Reservation Deadline:

Room reservations must be made directly with The JW Marriott Grande Lakes. A credit card or check covering one night’s room revenue is needed to guarantee reservations. Cancellations may be made up to 6:00 p.m., 72 hours before the day of arrival without penalty.

Travel Information

Air Travel
American Airlines is offering discounted meeting fares. Car Rentals

Airport Travel Discounts:
Cabs
The Orlando International Airport is about 15 minutes away from the hotel. We've asked that cabs be available at the JW Marriott on Monday & Tuesday evening for attendees, should you want to go off property, but because the hotel is not downtown, you may need to plan ahead should there be no available cabs.

Please be sure to register for the SnackPAC Golf tournament – Wednesday, March 23 from 1:00 - 6:00 p.m. at the Ritz Carlton Golf course. To register, you must make a personal contribution (no corporate checks or credit cards) of $400 per person.

This event will be held at the JW Marriott in Mediterranean Salon 5. If you have a ticket for this event (included in the full package) remember to make your seat selection at the banquet-seating desk in the registration area no later than Tuesday afternoon, March 31. 8:00 - 9:15 p.m. Dinner will be served

There are two award-winning restaurants on the property. PRIMO as the JW Marriott and NORMAN’s next door at the Ritz Carlton. Make your reservations as soon as you can.

SNAXPO Registration Desk:
Registration Badges will NOT be mailed in advance. Attendees and Exhibitors may pick up badges and tickets at the SNAXPO Registration Desk, located in the Mediterranean Foyer 1-3 in the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes. The desk will open on Sunday, March 20 at 8:00 a.m. and be open most days from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
